Anele has worked closely with senior government leadership, including the Minister of Home Affairs and the Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, providing strategic support in stakeholder relations, communications, and public engagement.
He is also the Co-Founder and Director of the South African branch of the Centre for Emotional Intelligence, an organisation committed to promoting compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent leadership within communities, workplaces, and higher education institutions.
